Stacy Lemoine

Founder & Lead Designer

Stacy’s affinity for floral design began in high school, and continued to develop over the following three decades. In 2019, she began taking steps to pivot her professional career from commercial risk management and insurance into full-time floral design. She formally launched Bougie Twigs + Blooms in February 2020, as an outpouring of her love and affection for art and flowers.

Bougie Twigs + Blooms serves a variety of floral needs, from everyday occasions and holidays to elaborate luxury events, and everything in between. Stacy is also particularly drawn to florals for funerals and memorials, and takes care to personalize the arrangements to the personality and/or legacy of the decedent.

Creativity, innovation and world class service are her hallmarks. A battery-operated fountain with running water in the middle of a floral display? Why not. Elevated candles (with live flames) in a wedding arch? No problem. Umbrellas & flowers raining from the sky? You bet. Or maybe you’ve seen her displays in the Fleurs de Villes exhibits at South Coast Plaza? You’ll find all of these and more on instagram @bougietwigsandblooms.
